My passion for health and fitness began when my children were just 18 months and 4 years old. What started as a personal commitment to becoming stronger and healthier eventually grew into a career dedicated to helping others do the same.

 

In 2013, I became a certified Personal Trainer and spent the next several years helping clients build strength, confidence, and sustainable wellness habits. In 2018, I opened my first training studio, Prime Personal Training, where I had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients throughout the community.

 

In 2025, I sold Prime Personal Training and opened Studio EMS alongside my daughter, Chloe. Around the same time, I launched Studio EMS Distributors, a family-run business that I operate with both of my children, Cameron and Chloe. Today, my passion extends beyond fitness to include longevity, recovery, nutrition, and helping others optimize their overall well-being.

My certifications and advanced training include Certified Personal Trainer, EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) Master Trainer, EMS Facial Specialist, TRX Certified Trainer, advanced training in mobility enhancement, movement optimization, and neuromuscular stretching techniques, as well as Plant-Based Nutrition Studies and Plant-Based Culinary Arts.
